'Bomb' found on Torquay beach as Storm Ingrid batters Torbay and South Devon

Blimey, what a start to the week! Our very own Torquay beach had an unexpected visitor this morning, a 'bomb' that was discovered during the wild weather. It sounds like Storm Ingrid certainly gave our coastline a good battering, but thankfully, this discovery has been safely dealt with.
